Who we are
Aureus Sigma Capital ("ASC", "we") is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at contact@ascap.vn, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name and email address and, if you provide them, your organisation, preferred language and message, together with the date of your submission and your consent.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may record technical data, such as IP address and browser type, in server logs to keep the site secure and running.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry; to send you the publication you requested, such as the ASC Guide to the Vietnamese Market, and later editions where you asked for them; and to keep a record of your consent.
We do not sell your personal data, use it for advertising, or use it for any other purpose without asking you first.
Your consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing that took place before.
Who receives it
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox through a form-processing service (Web3Forms) and kept with our email provider. These providers act on our instructions and may process data on servers outside Vietnam. We do not share your personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to you and to send the publications you requested, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under Vietnamese law on personal data protection, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you may ask to be informed about, access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, restrict or object to processing, and make a complaint.
To make a request, email contact@ascap.vn with the subject "Personal data request". We will respond within the time required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our mailbox.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
